Sitting at the bottom of Boynton Canyon, hosting 218 casitas and suites, is the brand-new refurbished rooms. There are two restaurants featured at the resort and one wine tasting restaurant. All of the amazing, but we can start with the restaurant Che Ah Chi.

 

Che Ah Chi is the place to go if you want a signature Sedona restaurant experience among the red canyon walls. With its Native American influence and locally grown ingredients, you’ll have a lot to look forward to. For instance, it’s breakfast and juice bar, which is full of a lot of fun stuff, or you can head on over for dinner to find some savory meals.

 

Tii Gavo, which means “a gathering place,” is somewhere that you can meet up with family and friends over a nice meal. It has a selection of regionally inspired dishes and is suited for every kind of palate that it may come across. You can take a seat indoors in the homey atmosphere, or you can take your meal outside under the setting sun.

 

View 180 is your ticket to the dramatic skies and sunsets that Sedona is famous for. You can look over the sweeping canyons as you sip on delicious wines and hand-crafted cocktails. It’s a great place for any sort of meet-up.

 

The rest of the resort is just as immersive and exciting as the food. There is a lot of activities that you can look forward to, a popular one for example is mountain biking. Whether you’re a regular biker or not, you’ll get a kick out exploring Sedona, it’s going to be fun having the wind whip through your hair as you look around the scenery. The resort is located in the Sonoran Desert, right in the middle of the beautiful foothills of Pinnacle Peak, and full of the famous saguaro cacti in their backyard. The resort is full of vibrant Native American art, history, and lore, ready for you to experience. The nature that surrounds the resort is ready for your outdoor adventures to begin.

 

The rooms at Four seasons rooms are designed to feel like a home away from home. A spacious room that comes with a lot of amenities that you and the family will enjoy with your stay. It comes with either a king, queen, or twin beds in each room, and you get one full bathroom for your enjoyment. A few special amenities are:

Moving onto dining the four seasons has plenty of options to pick from, it boasts three different restaurants, a bar and lounge, and room service.

Their signature dish is the De Mariscos, which is clams, mussels, lobster, and carabinero prawn, crafting a delicious-looking bowl of fresh food.

 

The next restaurant is the Proof. This one features the comfortable American classics, like fried chicken and waffles, to single-barrel bourbons. It’s the perfect place to go after a hike outdoors or horseback riding. It’s open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all opening at various times which you can check out on their website. Also, a fun little note is that this establishment comes with a full bar, which is open every day from 9 PM – 10 PM.

The Jade Bar is a contemporary and chic bar that serves delicious libations, you can take your drinks out on the shaded patio that features a gas fireplace, live music, and extraordinary views of Paradise Valley.

 

Something that is specially featured at the resort is its spa. It’s an Asian-inspired place of rejuvenation, it’s one of the top spas in the country, and is the place to go if you need to unwind. The resort has two main activities that it likes to give guests that we’ll talk about in a moment, but first the rooms.

 

The rooms at Boulders Resort and Spa are simply perfect, for anyone and any group. They have rooms available for couples, families, single guests, etc. Anything that is required by guests Boulders can serve quickly and efficiently with their amazing guest service. The rooms themselves are designed with a peaceful Arizona décor and themed with warm colors such as maroon to blend in with the surrounding environment, making it just as beautiful as the scenery. My wife wore maroon and had a maroon purse so she blended right into the walls.  Some special amenities in the rooms are:

The dining at Boulders Resort and Spa is truly impressive with its wide range of selections. It boasts four different restaurants, each with its style of food and décor.

 

The Palo Verde is a dining experience that is full of sophistication and comfort, and as always offers breathtaking views of the Sonoran Desert. It serves dinner with mouth-watering breakfast and dinner, a note is that dinner at the Palo Verde is served on Fridays and Saturdays, opening at 5 PM. You can start your mornings with breakfast that serves fresh ingredient-filled meals, such as the Sonoran Sunrise, or the Ricotta Pancakes. It’s the perfect place to take your friends and family, a good place to organize what you’re going to be doing for the day as you eat a delicious meal.

 

This next one has a strange name, the Spotted Donkey Cantina, a fantastic place that gives a lively atmosphere. It serves Mexican classics and 46 varieties of Tequila. It has a large outdoor patio that has scenic desert vistas, and an expansive menu full of delicious choices. It’s open for lunch and dinner for most of the week, generally Thursdays through Sundays, and open at different times based on dinner and lunch. The menu is also something that your kids will love, as it has plenty of options for them to pick from, it’s fantastic for everyone around the table.

 

The Grill Kitchen & Bar is a casual yet elegant establishment, hosting a menu that serves a variety of American Dishes. Some of the great things about this restaurant are the exhibition kitchen, the fireplace, and the newly renovated patio seating giving guests a view of the expansive golf course. It is available every day, though guests will have to have dine-in reservations or takeout orders to try out their amazing food.

 

Last, but certainly not least in this list of culinary delight is the Discovery Lounge. With Comfortable furnishing and a full bar, guest’s spirits can be lifted within this friendly atmosphere. A discovery Lounge is a great place for people to meet up and reminisce on the exciting adventures that they’ve had so far, being able to relax and unwind after the fun they had. It’s open Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM- 10 PM.

 

The two main features that the Boulders Resort & Spa boasts are their giant golf course, and like it says in the name, their spa. Full of different courses and expansive fields to play your game, the gold course is perfect for anyone to get away from the rush of ordinary life. Similarly, the spa is also a great place to unwind and relax, it offers stimulating revitalization through massages and facials.
